We are able to work from anywhere! We can communicate to vendors and help arrange logistics for the event even if you don’t hire us to run the actual day-of coordination.
This also means we can meet at whatever times are most convenient for you.
We primarily focus on weddings and corporate event planning, but we will work with you depending on your event needs. We will do our best to support you!
Why should I hire an event planner?
Having an event planner can be a huge resource for you because it takes a lot of the stress off you! It gives someone else some of the burden throughout the planning process. We also share as a great resource to lean on for guidance and advice on decision making.
Often the venue coordinator is different than what we offer. They focus primarily on vendor coordination and managing the facility. They will not be focused on you and your guests. They will likely not set up your decorations. And they will likely not join you on the dance floor before the night is over!
We are fully customizable, which means we will work with whatever budget you may have! We try to be a budget-friendly option. We know there are others out there charging more for similar work, but we believe in supporting our clients by meeting them where they are at.
